EDITION #2 – How do I build great relationships?

Hello and well done on making it through your first few weeks! Hopefully you are well on your way to building wonderful relationships with your students and their families and building routine and structure into your day. Your students should now have developed a positive relationship with you and be eagerly sharing their day with their families. In this edition we will share with you the importance of establishing effective relationships with parents, and how to grow this into a partnership that you, the students and their families can all benefit from. This edition will also provide strategies for effective communication with parents and how to include them in their child’s learning. This edition will also aim at focusing on how to work with many kinds of parents and how to work with difficult families or situations.
